Riddle time..

 

Yesterday I saw this movie called '16 blocks'. It's about a police officer (played by Bruce Willis) who has to chaperone a prisoner to court. Sounds like an easy job, however there are people who want to kill the prisoner, because he's an eyewitness as well. Those people are no ordinary people, they are police officers to be precisely. A few police officers of the NYPD are playing nasty games and don't want anybody to know about that. So what seemed like an easy job, became a hell of a job.

It isn't a very special movie to be honest. Not that I didn't like it, but it's just another actionmovie ;) The hidden message wasn't bad though. I kind of liked it. The prisoner talked a lot in the movie. About anything. He really couldn't shut up. When he first met Bruce Willis he asked him this question:

You are driving in a car and you see 3 people standing at a corner:

1) An old sick lady
2) Your best friend who saved your life once
3) The men/women of your dreams

You want to pick up all three of them, but you only have room for one person, who do you choose?

The prisoner said it's a riddle to see what kind of person you are, how you think about life. I immediately chose to pick up my best friend, because I thought that would be the right answer. At the end of the movie Bruce Willis gave the solution, which surprised me ;)
